Adidas Originals

A collaboration with iPaintMyMind and Adidas Originals to that included an in-store installation and public art activation at their flagship store in Chicago.

Together, we developed this unique design based on a sewer cover printed in 2015 not far from the store. The print is emblematic of what brings IPMM and Adidas Originals together: the understanding that every community deserves access to high-quality arts education.

At the launch of the installation, the first 50 customers received a limited edition art print.

The collaboration also included two days of in-store screenprinting using the design and messaging on limited edition, co-branded tees. Customers were able to print their own shirts or choose one that was already made. We printed 200 shirts in 2 days - all for a great cause.

The mantra "Art is a Human Right" is true to IPaintMyMind’s evocative ethos of the need for art in every community. This art installation supported IPaintMyMind’s free and low-cost art programs in Chicago Public Schools.
